I was scouted by someone through Facebook and wasn't expecting anything to come of it, but working with Urban Talent has been great! My Director Alex is super supportive and she (as well as everyone else in the office) has helped me through every step of the process. From getting new headshots, to being referred to a model training company, to submitting to castings and booking jobs! Their commission for the jobs you book are only 15% which is really good! Most places are 20% There are surprisingly a decent amount of modeling agencies in Utah, and Urban is definitely the best one,
